Blue Bolt Electric
Building Replicable Community eMobility Networks
Bolt91 is building clean, organised electric mobility networks for defined communities with repeated local movement needs.
Born in Kashi and incubated at AIC BHU, Bolt91 started from a simple insight – many communities do not need random transport options. They need structured mobility systems designed around how people actually move every day.
These communities may be sacred travel destinations, student residential ecosystems or large township communities. Each has its own rhythm, but the need is similar – safe, clean, reliable and easy-to-access local mobility.
What We Build
Bolt91 creates replicable community mobility models that can be configured for different types of communities. Our approach is based on understanding the community, mapping its movement patterns and designing a mobility network that fits naturally into the ecosystem.
The model can include electric cycles, scooters, shuttle options, access points, local operating support and partner-led deployment structures, depending on the needs of the community.
The goal is not just to deploy vehicles. The goal is to create a mobility network that can be launched, improved and replicated across similar communities.
Our Community Tracks
Sacred Travel Mobility
For Sanatan Dharma destinations, pilgrims, seekers, youth travellers, guest houses, hostels, ashrams and experience-led spiritual travel.
Student Campus Mobility
For universities, hostels, PG clusters, coaching hubs and large education ecosystems where students need affordable, safer and reliable daily movement.
Large Township Mobility
For large township ecosystems where people live, work, study, shop and access services within a defined area.
Why Kashi?
Kashi gives Bolt91 a unique starting point.
It brings together millions of pilgrims, tourists and spiritual travellers every year, while Varanasi also serves as a major education hub anchored by BHU, IIT BHU, other universities and coaching centres for students from eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar – together forming a 60,000+ student community.
This allows Bolt91 to build and refine two important mobility playbooks from one city – sacred travel mobility and student residential mobility.
Our Approach
We believe community mobility works best when it is:
- Clean
- Organised
- Safe
- Affordable
- Locally operated
- Partner-friendly
- Designed for replication
Each deployment helps us improve the model, making it easier to adapt across other sacred destinations, student communities and large townships.
Impact & Responsibility
Every electric vehicle in use helps reduce noise, emissions, and fuel dependence in sensitive sacred environments. By enabling cleaner and calmer mobility, Blue Bolt Electric supports a more respectful experience for pilgrims, residents, and visitors alike.
Our work begins in Kashi, guided by the spirit of the city and the responsibility that comes with serving places of deep cultural and spiritual significance.
